The purpose of this Login Policy is to ensure secure access to the MyLink digital booking platform and protect user accounts, personal information, and booking data from unauthorized access.
To access MyLink services, users must create an account.
Required information:
Full name
Valid email address or mobile number
Password
Users must verify their email address or phone number before activating their account.
MyLink users may access their accounts using:
Standard login
Email address + password
Optional login methods:
One-Time Password (OTP) via email or SMS
For security, passwords must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 5 characters
At least one number
Passwords are stored using secure encryption methods.
To protect accounts from unauthorized access:
Maximum 5 failed login attempts
Account temporarily locked for 15 minutes
Additional verification may be required after repeated failures
If a user forgets their password:
A reset link or OTP will be sent to the registered email or phone number
Password reset links expire after 30 minutes
Users must create a new password that meets security requirements
For security purposes:
Users are automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity
Users must log in again to continue using the platform
Sessions are securely encrypted
MyLink may temporarily suspend accounts if:
Multiple failed login attempts occur
Suspicious login locations or devices are detected
Unauthorized activity is suspected
Users will be notified via email.
Users are responsible for:
Keeping their login credentials confidential
Not sharing passwords with others
Logging out when using shared devices
