CONDITIONS

Reservation & Payment

To secure your reservation, a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required within 2 hours of the invoice being issued. The remaining balance may be settled effortlessly at the hotel. Advance payments can be made by card or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 15 days prior to arrival. Any bank or transaction fees are the guest’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows will also forfeit the advance payment.

ACCOMMODATING PETS.
We are happy to inform you that we allow pets (up to 10kg). However, pets owners need to comply with established property rules, such as, pets are not allowed at the swimming pool area, restaurant, cafe or wellness and spa. Pets are allowed to be in the corridors, on the terrace of the restaurant or cafe only if on the leash or in a transport box. Property has the right to charge for the damage caused by the pet.
Pets are additionally charged 15.00 euro/day per pet.
Service dogs are excluded from payment.
